General Job Description ISO Quality Specialist will be responsible to ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to ISO 9001 & OHSAS18001 standards and KeirCom employees are well aware and trained enough to meet ISO requirements. Specific Job Description • Preparation of quality manual and quality assurance procedures for ensuring compliances as per ISO Standards. • Creating Quality awareness by designing and Conducting Internal Audit training programmes for Managers/Key Executives whose work will affect the Quality of the product. • Liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process. • Report to top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement. • Conducted Quality Management System Audits • Audit Program (audit plan, schedule, checklists for auditing), checking nonconformity reports closing, document change request forms, measurement of quality objectives, proof for continual improvement, usage of logo, customer complaints & resolution, training needs, training records, training plans, measurement of the effectiveness of the training provided, performance evaluation, applicable statutory & regulatory requirements and reviewing corrective and preventive actions taken. • Proactively identifying the areas of quality failure using checkpoints and taking appropriate corrective/preventive measures for resolving customer complaints and implementing system for monitoring of process monitoring and action plans. • Conducted Management Reviews and adequately communicating data, issues, impacts, such that management has the facts for decision-making. • Complete the annual internal audit and representing the company in the EX. Audit. • Prepare whole required documents and cure the gaps in the system and communications between departments. • Inspecting the projects and insure that the safety procedures are active and take the lead in job accident in the right way as per required using 9001-18001 documents and forms. Educational/Professional Qualifications • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration • ISO 9001& OHSAS18001Internal Audit Certificates Work Experiences • At least 3-5 Five years of experience in quality management • Internal Audits experience as per ISO 9001- OHSAS18001 standards • working knowledge of applicable ISO and OHSAS legislation and other compliance obligations as appropriate • Knowledge of conducting ISO 9001 audits, reviewing audit reports and evaluating the competence of auditors Other Skills/Qualifications 1. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Arabic isa plus 2. Strong presentations and report writing skills. 3. Expertise in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.) 4. Good analytical and problem solving skills 5. Strong documentation skills. 6. Excellent leadership skills. Preferred Nationality Indian / Philipino
